Here you can learn about our online services in the field of endurance sports training and nutrition. We specialize in running, cycling, and combinations, but we can also offer our help in conditioning for any sport. Our services include consulting and education on healthy and/or sports nutrition, as well as assistance in weight management in combination with, or independent of, any activity. We welcome everyone, from complete beginners to professionals. Our approach is scientific and individualized for each person, with the priority being to help each individual reach their potential in a healthy and sustainable manner.
OUR SERVICES
Training consulting
This service includes an analysis of the client's previous experience in the chosen sport, assistance in identifying and defining goals, and general guidance on how to achieve those goals through training and related activities.
Nutrition consulting
The service includes an analysis of the client's nutrition habits, either in general or with an emphasis on sports nutrition and dietary supplements. The coach will then, in writing, present conclusions and provide recommendations to improve the nutrition strategies in line with the client's goals.
Live meeting
The service includes a conversation with the coach and counseling on the selected topic live via one of the video conferencing services.
Training planning
The service includes detailed and continuous planning of training process tailored to the client's goals over an extended period, lasting no shorter than one month.
Nutrition planning
The service includes daily nutrition planning over a continuous period, no shorter than one month. The nutrition plan may or may not complement an existing training plan. Alongside basic nutrition, the coach will provide a nutrition plan before, during, and after training and racing, aiming to optimize metabolic efficiency.
TrainingPeaks Premium
TrainingPeaks premium account is included in training planning service, and enables advanced planning, analysis, and statistics regarding the training process, as well as efficient interaction with the coach.
Running gait analysis
The coach will analyze the running technique based on the received video footage and suggest potential interventions to improve running technique, including recommended exercises and tips aimed at enhancing running economy and reducing the risk of injuries.
Bike fitting
The coach will analyze the position on the bike based on the received video footage and suggest instructions for adjusting the bike along with recommended exercises aimed at improving power transfer and reducing the risk of injury.
