Tomislav Jakupić

Tomislav was born in 1982 and started engaging in sports from the age of majority. His first sports were crossfit, with occasional forays into cycling and running. He soon began studying martial arts, especially wrestling disciplines. He joined local martial arts clubs where he learned elements of Brazilian and Japanese jiu-jitsu, judo, wrestling, boxing, and Muay Thai. As a member of the "Samurai" Muay Thai Club, he participated in several national grappling championships, achieving good results through self-preparation in technical aspects, with the support of friends and the club in conditioning and logistics. After nearly 15 years in martial arts, he returned to running and road cycling, which he now pursues as an amateur.

He is a great enthusiast of training and everything related to it - physiology, various aspects of physical fitness, training process planning, nutrition... He dedicates all his free time to endurance sports training and studying new developments and scientific studies on training and nutrition in endurance sports. He decided to educate himself in this field, taking courses and earning certifications as a triathlon coach and a sports nutrition coach for endurance sports.

Tomislav graduated from the Faculty of Organization and Informatics and also holds various certifications in his field.
