Training Consulting

This service includes an analysis of the client's previous experience in the chosen sport, assistance in identifying and defining goals, and general guidance on how to achieve those goals through training and related activities. The focus can vary depending solely on the client's preferences.

The service will be conducted by having the client fill out a questionnaire initially, allowing the coach to gain an understanding of the client's prior experience and training habits. The analysis may or may not include the client's training process (activities) in a past period.

A crucial step and entry point for structuring the training process are clearly defined goals. If the client knows precisely what they want and what their long-term and short-term goals are, the coach can assist in verifying and validating those goals. If the client has trouble defining goals, the coach will help define specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals through communication with the client. These goals will then guide the subsequent training process and further counseling.

Different athletes have different needs, depending on their previous experience, knowledge, predispositions, injuries, and so on. Based on the questionnaire, client questions and desires, as well as identified needs, the coach will provide advice to the client on how to achieve the defined goals within the scope of their practice. This service mostly focuses on GENERAL guidelines for self-managing the training process in a shorter time frame, e.g., until the next targeted race, which may span from several weeks to a few months at most.

The aspects that may be the focus of this service can vary according to the client's needs and goals, such as:

It's not possible to thoroughly cover all these areas at once within this service. The focus will mostly be on one primary aspect of interest, while it's possible to make connections with other aspects.
